About the Event

This transformative experience will leave you with useful tools & techniques to take away and integrate into your everyday life to help with health, wellbeing & overall perspective guided by our Wellbeing Facilitators and Founders of Soul Sweats.  You will immerse yourself in the powerful techniques of Soul Sweats, which combine breathwork, cold & hot therapy, and Movement & Sound Therapy to help you tap into your body’s and mind’s full potential, helping you to unlock your inner strength and vitality. The focus of this retreat is your well-being which will be explored from a holistic health perspective and is designed to reconnect to your inner wisdom and embody a felt sense of health.

These retreats are limited to 10 participants and based at Soul Sweats’ Holistic Health Hub at the Ecopark, Porthtowan, Cornwall overlooking the beautiful Cornish Coastline.

Who is this retreat facilitated by?

Sam Boot (Certified Wim Hof Method Level 2 Instructor, CHECK Holistic Health Practitioner, Natural Life Coach L2)

Sam is responsible to help connect to your inner strength & vitality. Feel empowered and inspired by immersing yourself in hot&cold therapy, deep breathwork and a journey to your inner wisdom with sound therapy.

Jana Virian (Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor, Mindful Meditation & Chakra Dancing Therapist)

Jana is responsible to help balance the nervous system by down regulating and finding yourself in a state of rest and digest. Feel nourished by practising restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mindful movement&meditation, and ecstatic dance to tune into your body and slow down.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional and get in touch with us before signing up for a retreat.
