Service Description
Immerse yourself in a Cold Immersion and & Breathwork Workshop held by certified Wim Hof Instructor Sam Boot and Yoga Teacher Jana Virian. Part of the workshop is a 45min breathwork session followed by an ice bath after receiving tools and instructions how to deal with the challenge.
