About the Event

This transformative experience will leave you with useful ‘tools’ & techniques to take away and integrate into your everyday life to help with health, wellbeing & overall perspective. The technique, theory & scientific research behind the Wim Hof Method will be discussed, however, the majority of the workshop will be a step-by-step instruction or, rather, developing a feeling for the practice and yourself. As Wim often says: “feeling is understanding.”

The focus of this weekend is your well-beingwhich will be explored from a holistic health perspective.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method. We have different accommodation options ranging from shared twinrooms to private superking ensuite rooms. We encourage to stay on retreat site, however, there are limited retreat only tickets available.
