Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop with Soul Sweats

The Facilitators

Put yourselve in the expert hands of certified WHM Instructor Samuel Boot and Yoga Teacher Jana Virian to learn the 3 pillars of the WHM and explore other holisitic health practices such as mindfulness, yoga, and hot therapy. 

Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— our Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop offers something for everyone.

The Program

The program starts in the beautiful studio of Cabilla Cornwall with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, followed by a breathing session with sound healing, lunch in the Barns, scientific presentation, a pre-ice yoga flow incorporating exercises to generate inner heat, and then an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and Sam and Jana are there to answer questions throughout the workshop. After this you are welcome to enjoy a walk to the stunning woodfired Cedar Sauna set in Cabilla's temperate rainforest and a hot cup of tea.

Alleviating ailments Many people find the Wim Hof Method to work as a complement (or alternative) to modern medicine. It could certainly be a natural way to heal a variety of conditions. The list is growing and includes, among others, the following:

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
